Double-forged for improved grain flow and dimensional consistency, the rods are shot-peened and double-honed to handle heavy loads. The small ends are double-drilled for enhanced lubrication and cooling to the wrist pin bearing, crucial in high-stress applications. Thrust washers and crank pin bearings are silver-coated for superior lubricity and performance.
