For use with stock thumb throttle to Keihin PWK28 & Mikuni TM28 Carb. Use with OEM carbs requires carb cap 01-0023, adjuster 01-0013 and idle kit 08-0045.

NOTE: Only fits machines with stock thumb throttle. For stock carburetor, requires 01-0023 carb cap and 01-0013 adjuster. This disables the TORS system and will not shut down engine in case throttle sticks open.
